Instructions for Using the Detoxification Program

Step 1:

Take three pills every hour for five hours (with 8 oz of water).
NO MORE THAN 15 TABLETS PER DAY.
For the greatest effects, take your pills at the same time every day.

Consume at least half a gallon of water every day.
For the greatest effects, make sure you have a detoxifying meal plan or diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as lean proteins.

Step 2:

On the final day of the detox, take the detox drink two hours after your last batch of tablets.
During those two hours, you must diet.
Half of the detox liquid must be mixed with 8 to 16 ounces of distilled water (or orange juice, which masks the salt flavor), followed by two hours of no food or drink.

Then, add another 8 to 16 ounces of distilled water to the other half.
Wait two hours before eating or drinking anything.
You can combine the detox drink with warm water (or orange juice).

Step 3:

This is an optional step.
Use this step IF you have a drug test planned between the first and fourth days of your detox program.
Step 3 is not required if you drank a flush drink on test day.

Mix the dietary fiber with eight ounces of distilled or filtered tap water one hour before your test.
Within two minutes, drink.
Wait 15 minutes before consuming 16 ounces of water.
Do not consume any more orange juice or water.
Take your test after urinating two or three times in the next hour.
